How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped from Germany, so shipping times vary depending on your location:
- within Germany: 1-3 business days
- within the European Union: 3-10 business days
- outside of the European Union: 5-25 business days
How much is shipping to my country?
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. You can choose between tracked and untracked shipping.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take utmost care in packing your order safely to ensure it arrives without issues. If, however, there is a problem, we're happy to send you a replacement upon receiving photos of the damaged product.
Why can't I order from my country?
Due to various implementations of the European Union's packaging law, we currently lack the necessary licenses to ship to certain countries. Unfortunately, this includes Poland, Spain, Sweden, Austria, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, and Bulgaria. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and hope to find a solution in the future.
Can Oskar sign items for me?
Certainly! The piano sheet music books and some of the CDs already come with a signature (inside, not on the cover). If you have a special request or would like the cover of the book/vinyl/CD signed, please drop us a message.
